Was able to walk around the store a week after its opening. It was crowded but not intense or made you feel uncomfortable. There were many workers available if you needed anything. The store was very clean. The only complaint is the toddler girls clothes were hard to find. Baby girls were listed as NB-24m and the toddler/little girls section was 4T and up. So finding 2T/3T took a minute. It was also very limited in that size which isn’t the stores fault. Everything that is within their control was good. Very clean, friendly, welcoming, and stocked. All at affordable prices!

My husband and I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Burlington Coat Factory, thanks to the exceptional service provided by manager Mary Kate. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend visiting this store and experiencing Mary Kate's outstanding service for yourself!

The store was clean and beautiful, and the aisles were well arranged. I also liked the selection of clothes, products, and brands. Plus the prices for quality products were so good.

This location has to be the cleanest Burlington store I have ever shopped in. The store was very busy but every thing was so organized and in its place. The manager Cynthia was greeting and talking to every customer she seen including myself for over an hour. She made sure the cashiers had help so the lines went quickly and personally thanked everyone as they left the store. I have never seen that in a Burlington store before. The staff matches her energy and are very friendly. This location is a further drive for me to get to but it will be the only location I go to from now on. Love -love - love this store - excellent customer service and overall experience- well done !!!

Found some good deals. Store was organized and clean. Was surprised that in tax season there was only 1 cashier. Pretty decent line formed before anyone came to help.

Always have such a vast amount of everything. So many cute items and such great quality items. The prices can be a little steep sometimes but many times the price is right. Great deals of many name brand items.
